You do. The proposal states what will be delivered, and the final handoff includes the agreed code, documentation and access to the services created for your project. I do not make your business dependent on a private account only I control.
Fixed-scope projects use staged payments tied to the written proposal rather than an open-ended hourly bill. Retainers are invoiced monthly. Exact payment dates and milestones are agreed before work begins.
Yes. Project sprints include 30 days of post-launch support, and ongoing development or advisory support can continue through a retainer when the product needs regular attention.
