Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 July 2026
A1EXE Studio is the trading name of Abbey Ibrahim, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Who we are
Data controller: Abbey Ibrahim, trading as A1EXE Studio, London, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@a1exe.studio.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We don't collect any other personal data automatically. This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest: replying to messages people send us is the core purpose of the form, and we don't use your details for anything beyond that without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation, and delete them when they're no longer needed for that purpose.
Who else sees it
We use two third-party services to run this site, and each processes data on our behalf:
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email. See Resend's privacy policy.
- Cal.com powers the booking widget if you choose to schedule a call. If you use it, Cal.com processes the details you enter directly with them. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Cookies
This site does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies. If you open the booking widget, Cal.com's embedded page may set its own cookies in line with their privacy policy, linked above.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and uses standard security headers (including a strict Content Security Policy) to protect data in transit and reduce the risk of malicious scripts. Contact form submissions are rate-limited and validated to prevent abuse.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to or restrict how we use your data
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've mishandled your data
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@a1exe.studio.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
